A smooth and luscious espresso martini made with cold brew concentrate, vodka, coffee liqueur, and topped with a frothy milk foam for a creamy, sophisticated cocktail experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 1 oz Kahlúa or coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz heavy cream, chilled (can substitute with full-fat coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.25 oz espresso or instant espresso powder (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 oz milk or milk alternative, frothed (whole milk or oat milk recommended)

Instructions

  1. Chill your martini glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Froth about 1 oz of cold milk or milk alternative until thick and creamy, about 30 seconds. Set aside.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz vodka, 1 oz cold brew concentrate, 1 oz coffee liqueur, 1 oz heavy cream, and 0.5 oz simple syrup. Add 0.25 oz espresso or instant espresso powder if a stronger coffee flavor is desired.
  4. Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  5. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
  6. Strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass using a fine mesh strainer.
  7. Gently spoon or pour the frothed milk over the top to create a creamy foam cap.
  8. Optionally, garnish with a few coffee beans or a light dusting of cocoa powder.

Notes

Use a high-quality cold brew concentrate for best flavor. Shake vigorously to achieve a creamy texture. Keep milk cold for better froth. Adjust simple syrup to taste depending on sweetness of coffee liqueur. For dairy-free, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and milk with oat or almond milk.
